Sun Salutation or Surya Namaskar

Yoga teachers often say that if you do only one asana a day, it should be the Sun salutation.

All sessions of Yoga asanas begin with the 'Surya Namaskar' or . It is a series of gentle flowing movements synchronized with the breath.
