Bhakti Yoga
Bhakti Yoga is a system of Yoga in which love and devotion are given emphasis. Some of the Bhakti Yoga traditions do not preach the traditional Yoga asanas, pranayama, mudra or controlled meditation.

yoga, or devotional yoga, is the most natural path for those who are dominantly seeking emotional fulfillment and well being.

Bhakti Yoga
Bhakti is a Yoga of devotion or complete faith. This faith is generally in the God or supreme consciousness in any of the forms. It may be Lord Rama, Krishna, Christ, Mohammed, Buddha etc. It may be a Guru for his disciples.

yoga describes the path of devotion. Seeing the Divine in all of creation, yoga is a positive way to channel the emotions.

At the lowest rung of the ladder of Bhakti Yoga comes the worship of elements and departed spirits. This is the lowest form of worship. Next comes the worship of Rishis, Devas and Pitris.

Yoga - The Path of Devotion or Divine Love
This path appeals particularly to those of an emotional nature. The Yogi is motivated chiefly by the power of love and sees God as the embodiment of love.

Bhakti-Yoga: The collective discipline of love and devotion that is extolled in the Bhagavad-Gîtâ, the Bhâgavata-Purâna, and in the scriptures of the Vaishnavas and Shaivas.

yoga aims at spiritual realization. It teaches divine love and devotion through emotional control and ethical conduct. For the yoga, divine love is the means to eternal bliss.

Bhakti ("devotion/love"): the love of the bhakta toward the Divine or the guru as a manifestation of the Divine; also the love of the Divine toward the devotee.

This form of exercise is based on 26 yoga postures and is practiced in a specially heated room. Bikram consists of around 26 movements which run in a set order over about 90 minutes.

Yoga is the yoga of Love and Devotion, and is one of the most direct paths to Union with God (Samadhi). Yoga is also a very important element of Hinduism. It is practiced by giving one's full devotion to God.

The Yoga of love and devotion. The Way of Transcendent Love which sees the whole universe, animate and inanimate, as being pervaded by divinity. Also very much involved with service (refering Karma Yoga), and way of the heart.

The Marga, or the path of devotion - one among the yogas - has understood this difficulty very well, and has prescribed several methods of melting down human feelings into what we usually call love of God. It is not easy to love God.
